POSITION: International Trade Intern (Air Operations) LOCATION: Pudahuel, EOS Building, Chile PURPOSE: At DHL Global Forwarding Chile, we are looking for students pursuing degrees in International Trade or International Business to undertake their professional internship in the Air Operations department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in an international and multicultural environment while learning about logistics and air operations. Key responsibilities during the AFR internship: * Deconsolidation of shipments at the MAWB (Master Air Waybill) level. * Notification of shipments to customers. * Contact and coordination with airline warehouses in Chile. * Management of exceptions with origins and airlines regarding cargo alerts for non-arriving shipments. * Invoicing of shipments. * Document pickup. * On-site shipment management. Requirements: * Students enrolled in International Trade and/or International Business programs. * Knowledge of Incoterms. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn specific systems. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Proactivity and motivation to learn. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Intermediate level of English. * Availability for full-time employment.
