Job Summary: We are seeking a Used Car Sales Administrator to efficiently manage logistics and administration of used car inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Efficient management of logistics and used car inventory. 2. Coordination of vehicle repair and delivery. 3. Maintenance of order and efficiency in inventory handling. We want to keep growing—and we want you to be part of our Sales Management team! At Sergio Escobar, we are looking for our next Used Car Sales Administrator in Concepción. You will be responsible for efficiently managing logistics and administration of used car inventory at the branch, ensuring optimal inventory management, proper vehicle receipt and preparation, as well as customer satisfaction through high-quality service and support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Efficiently register units received as trade-ins, ensuring availability for sales advisors. * Coordinate vehicle repairs and vehicle delivery with the used car sales advisor. * Generate a weekly report on vehicles in the workshop inventory. * Create various work orders based on vehicle repair and maintenance requirements. * Coordinate with the accessories department for installation and supply of required parts and accessories. * Maintain order and efficiency across all administrative tasks related to used car inventory handling. * Provide weekly suggestions regarding showroom rotation to maximize sales opportunities. **Working Hours:** * Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday. **Requirements:** * Technical Superior Degree in Business Administration or a related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative or inventory control roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP SAP. * Knowledge of automotive industry processes is desirable. * Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills. * Organizational skills, planning ability, proactivity, and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
