**Mission**
Individual responsible for managing spare parts and tools (inbound and outbound) in the site warehouse.
**Education**Technical-level studies with knowledge of mechanics.
**Requirements**
Valid Class "B" driver's license.
Health compatible with the position.
**Experience**
Minimum one year of prior experience in similar roles.
Knowledge of logistics, materials management, and inventory control.

**Responsibilities**
1\. Maintain the spare parts delivery control log.
2\. Maintain the tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) delivery control log.
3\. Update daily the spare parts and tools control logs.
4\. Keep physical locations of spare parts up to date.
5\. Manage maintenance records for specialized tools.
6\. Monitor minimum stock levels of lubricants for equipment.
7\. Assign physical locations to materials lacking such assignments.
8\. Ensure materials in the warehouse are properly organized and labeled.
9\. Comply with existing procedures.
10\. Monitor minimum and safety stock levels, promptly reporting stock shortages to supervisors; prepare the warehouse for inventory audits.
11\. Comply with the Company’s SYSO and ISO standards.
12\. Store hazardous substances safely and separately; handle updated Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for products stored in the warehouse.
13\. Manage inventory of spare parts and components for CAEX trucks, ensuring availability for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
