Health compatible with the position. **Experience** Minimum one year of prior experience in similar roles. Knowledge of logistics, materials management, and inventory control. **Knowledge*** Warehouse management * Intermediate-level computer skills (Microsoft * Office). * Familiarity with Epiroc underground equipment and spare parts * Inventory control * Logistics * Waste handling and environmental regulations * Skills * User-level computer proficiency. **Soft Skills**Work methodically and in an organized manner. Ability to work effectively in a team. **Responsibilities** 1\. Maintain the spare parts delivery control log. 2\. Maintain the tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) delivery control log. 3\. Update daily the spare parts and tools control logs. 4\. Keep physical locations of spare parts up to date. 5\. Manage maintenance records for specialized tools. 6\. Monitor minimum stock levels of lubricants for equipment. 7\. Assign physical locations to materials lacking such assignments. 8\. Ensure materials in the warehouse are properly organized and labeled. 9\. Comply with existing procedures. 10\. Monitor minimum and safety stock levels, promptly reporting stock shortages to supervisors; prepare the warehouse for inventory audits. 11\. Comply with the Company’s SYSO and ISO standards. 12\. Store hazardous substances safely and separately; handle updated Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for products stored in the warehouse. 13\.
