What will you do daily? \&\#128216;\&\#128395; \- Follow service protocols to deliver high-quality service that increases customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. \- Honor agreements and estimates committed to customers. \- Increase revenue by converting customer vehicle visits into business opportunities. \- Adhere to scheduled reception times set by customers, as well as serve walk-in customers. \- Ensure effective scheduling by contacting no-show customers to reschedule. \- Achieve defined sales targets and service quality goals. \- Complete administrative processes timely and accurately (e.g., work order generation). \- Print and review the day’s schedule. \- Receive vehicles according to the appointment list, following established service protocols. \- Prepare estimates for submission to customers. \- Conduct daily status follow-up on vehicles. What qualifications do you need for this role? \- Valid Class B driver’s license. \- Formal qualification as an Automotive Mechanic. \- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in this or a similar position (sales and customer service).
