Location: Concepción Work Schedule: Article 22 (Flexible Schedule) Main Responsibilities: ✅ Supervise and coordinate field work teams. ✅ Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. ✅ Manage industrial and office cleaning tasks. ✅ Ensure compliance with labor regulations and the company’s internal procedures. (Manage and control personnel documentation.) ✅ Prepare management and attendance reports. ✅ Requirements [MANDATORY]: * Professional degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience supervising cleaning teams and services. * Knowledge of industrial hygiene, personnel management, and current labor regulations. * Class B driver’s license (mandatory). * Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
