Manage and develop the technical team while promoting collaboration **Job Offer: Commercial Refrigeration Service Supervisor at EPTA CHILE** EPTA CHILE is looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Commercial Refrigeration Service Supervisor** to join our team for the distribution and sale of complete refrigeration installations, and to become part of our Metropolitan Region team. **Purpose:** Lead and supervise technical service operations in commercial refrigeration, ensuring timely and efficient customer service, proper execution of maintenance and repairs, compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards, thereby contributing to business operational continuity and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily field service technician activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. * Plan and monitor the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial refrigeration systems. * Coordinate allocation of resources, tools, spare parts, and personnel for technical service delivery. * Monitor achievement of departmental management indicators, guaranteeing timely customer service. * Track and close work orders, verifying correct execution of performed tasks. * Maintain effective communication with customers, providing support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. * Provide technical support to the team in resolving complex failures and operational contingencies. * Supervise compliance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and company policies. * Manage and develop the technical team, promoting training, performance, and collaborative work. * Prepare management reports and operational reports to support decision-making and continuous service improvement. **Conditions:** * Work Mode: On-site – Field and office. * Working Hours: Art 22, paragraph 2\. * Work Location: Bío Bío Region. * Benefits: Birthday leave day, complimentary insurance, FALP insurance, among others. **Requirements:** * Education Level: Intermediate or higher technical degree in refrigeration, electricity, mechanics, automation, or related field. * Knowledge of commercial refrigeration, electricity, and/or mechanics. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance and/or service. * Experience with refrigerated display cases, cold rooms, refrigeration plants, condensing units, self-contained units, compressor replacements, refrigerant replacements, among others. * Availability to respond to emergency calls outside regular hours. * Class B driver’s license (Mandatory) If you are seeking an exciting challenge and wish to join a continuously growing company, apply with us. **EPTA CHILE is committed to diversity and equal employment opportunities.**
