Main Responsibilities: \-Verify correct recording of hour meters and odometers by operators. \-Identify and follow up on equipment anomalies. \-Report events, incidents, and improper conduct. \-Provide technical advisory services to customers, planners, and operators regarding equipment usage, transportation, and personnel assignment. \-Manage road traffic permits (MOP) and vehicle documentation. \-Evaluate performance of operators, drivers, and riggers. \-Coordinate occupational safety and health tasks, including emergency situations. \-Maintain control over expenses, travel allowances, and petty cash funds. \-Participate in apprentice training workshops. Requirements: \-Technical knowledge of lifting equipment operation. \-Leadership and personnel evaluation capabilities. \-Availability to respond to emergencies outside regular working hours. \-Proficiency in handling technical and internal regulatory documentation. This position is based at the Head Office, located in the Alto Hospicio commune; therefore, residence in the city is required. Work schedule: 5x2 shift, Monday to Friday.
