Job Summary: We are seeking a Rigger to plan, coordinate, and direct lifting operations, ensuring safety and quality during the transportation and installation of industrial equipment. Collaborating with heavy machinery teams Corporate Consultants is searching for a Rigger for a prominent industrial company. Objective: To plan, coordinate, and direct lifting operations for the transportation, positioning, installation, and dismantling of industrial equipment, structures, and components, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and current regulatory standards. Responsibilities: * Plan and direct transportation, positioning, installation, dismantling, and flipping operations for equipment, structures, and components. * Develop and execute lifting operations in accordance with Rigging Plans or Special Lifting Plans. * Select and inspect rigging gear, accessories, and lifting elements prior to each operation. * Verify that working conditions are safe before and during the execution of lifting operations. * Coordinate lifting operations with overhead crane operators, mobile crane operators, and other involved personnel. * Supervise the correct installation of rigging gear and lifting accessories. * Direct the team throughout the entire execution of lifting operations. * Comply with and enforce Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental procedures. * Report on-site deviations, risks, and unsafe conditions. * Perform Base Structural Maintenance tasks as required (Overhead Crane Rigger). Requirements: * Technical training in Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Construction, Metal Structures, or a related field (preferred) * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Rigger in mining operations or industrial projects. * Experience operating overhead cranes and/or mobile cranes, depending on the position's specialization. * Valid Rigger certification issued by a recognized institution and compliant with current regulations.
