We seek a proactive, organized individual with strong coordination skills and motivation to grow within the operations and logistics field. The role entails planning, coordinating, and optimizing distribution routes, ensuring on-time delivery and effective communication with drivers, customers, and the operational team. **Main Responsibilities** * Daily scheduling and coordination of routes. * Monitoring and control of dispatches and pickups. * Optimization of routes and delivery times. * Coordination with drivers and the operations department. * Updating and maintaining information in Excel spreadsheets. * Managing incidents and resolving operational contingencies. * Preparing operational reports. **Requirements** * Technical or higher education in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience or knowledge in logistics coordination and routing. * Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Experience with monitoring platforms or logistics ERP systems is desirable. **Offer** * Net salary: $900\.000 * Working hours: 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday At our company, we promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment where everyone is welcome.
