Ensure safety parameters and operational continuity **Job Description** ---------------------- Sierra Gorda SCM is seeking a Mining Equipment Operator responsible for: Position Purpose: Operating mining equipment to contribute to the fulfillment of mining production programs in accordance with operational procedures and established safety, quality, and environmental standards. Main Responsibilities: * Perform assigned tasks and activities according to the daily production plan to maintain equipment utilization and operation, as well as conditions required for task execution, in compliance with established safety requirements. * Follow instructions regarding correct operation of the assigned equipment to accomplish tasks in accordance with operational requirements and defined scheduling. * Contribute to maintaining required safety parameters for equipment used in operations, ensuring completion of area activities and operational continuity. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed Secondary Education. * Valid Class B and D driver’s license. * 1–2 years of work experience. * 2–3 years in this position. * Minimum 2 years of experience operating Komatsu 930 E4 or similar haul trucks. * Experience in loading with electric shovels. * Availability to work on a 7x7 shift schedule. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience. * Stage 1 (Online): CV and Additional Questions * Stage 2 (Online): Assessments and Video Interview Application deadline: 26\-02\-2026\.
