Main responsibilities: \* Participate in monthly closings and financial performance analysis. \* Analyze direct and indirect business costs, identifying deviations and optimization opportunities. \* Monitor and control operational and administrative expenses. \* Develop costing models, budgets, and financial forecasts. \* Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S\&OP) process. \* Prepare management reports and generate analyses for decision-making. \* Automate processes and reporting using tools such as SAP, Power BI, and AI. \* Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability. \* Conduct economic evaluations of business projects and initiatives. \* Coordinate information and analysis with Production, Commercial, Finance, and Accounting departments. Requirements: \* Education: Commercial Engineer, Industrial Civil Engineer, Management Control Engineer, or related degree. \* Experience: At least 2 years in Management Control, Financial Planning, or FP\&A. \* Technical knowledge: Advanced Excel, SAP or similar ERP (desirable), Power BI (desirable), Economic and financial project evaluation, use of Artificial Intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, or others) desirable.
