The Kitchen Junior Sous Chef reports directly to the Sous Chef and Executive Chef. **As Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the following duties:** * Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team in the absence of the Sous Chef. * Ensure dishes are prepared and presented according to hotel standards. * Support menu planning and recipe development. * Monitor ingredient inventory and place orders as required. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
