Manage schedules, budgets, resources, ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations, and resolve technical issues in the field.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * **Develop and control schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and on-spec completion.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Interpret and review drawings, descriptive specifications, and technical specifications, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors.** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Supervise and verify that execution conforms to drawings and safety regulations.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Perform quantity takeoffs, manage subcontracts, and ensure material and process quality standards.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Lead progress meetings, report project status to stakeholders, and manage technical documentation.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Requirements:** --------------- * **Education:** **Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, and/or Civil Construction.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.** ----------------------------------------------------- * **Mandatory Requirements:** --------------------------- * **Valid Class B driver's license.** ----------------------------------------- * **Knowledge of construction practices and construction regulations.** ------------------------------------------------------------ * **Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.** ---------------------------------------- * **Familiarity with SAP, AutoCAD, or similar software is desirable.** ------------------------------------------------------- * **Willingness to travel domestically.** ------------------------------------------ *“At Air Products, we do not distinguish individuals with special abilities.
