Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: Conduct requirement gathering through interviews with key users, translating complex needs into user stories and clear functional documentation. Specification Management: Create detailed technical documentation (use cases, flow diagrams) serving as the roadmap for our development teams. Quality Assurance (QA): Execute functional testing to ensure delivered software strictly complies with specifications and delivers real value to end users. What are we looking for? Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related field. Experience in functional analysis or process consulting roles. Knowledge of: Agile methodologies (Scrum), process modeling techniques (BPMN), and documentation tools (Jira/Confluence). Ability to understand software architectures and database flows (programming not required). Technical English (intermediate level desirable for reading documentation).
