Identification of opportunities for process improvement and optimization. **Job Description** ---------------------- At Isapre Banmédica \- Vida Tres, we are looking for our next Revenue Quotation Analyst. This position focuses on the analysis, control, and management of revenue collection processes, and is responsible for reviewing, validating, and recording information related to revenues, payments, and reconciliations; preparing management reports and revenue collection indicators to support decision-making; and identifying continuous improvement opportunities, proposing actions to optimize area processes and controls. Main Responsibilities: * Analyze and control information associated with revenue collection and payment intake processes. * Prepare management reports and indicators to support decision-making and performance tracking. * Conduct data analysis and identify opportunities for improvement in area processes and controls. * Develop reporting and automation tools that contribute to operational efficiency. * Perform controls and validations on financial and operational revenue collection data. * Generate executive reports and presentations for managing and monitoring key indicators. * Respond to information and analytical requests from internal clients and related departments. * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and development of new controls. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Engineering or a related field. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, and macros. * Knowledge of management indicators (KPIs).
