We are currently looking for a Java Technical Lead to join our team! **Some of your key responsibilities will include:** * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Implement software development best practices to ensure high-quality code and efficient performance. * Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and share knowledge with the team. * Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes. * Provide mentorship to junior team members and support their professional development. **Required Skills for this role:** * Minimum 7 years of software development experience and 2–3 years in technical leadership roles.
