Teamwork across LATAM **Job Description:** We are looking for an organized, proactive, and highly interpersonal **Internal Controller Junior** to join a multicultural team and work aligned with the standards of a leading aerospace company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in monthly closing activities. * Recording of closing transactions. * Updating databases and exporting data. * Interaction with the region on cross-functional projects across LATAM. * Monitoring of Internal Control testing. * Support during Internal Control audits. * Adherence to Internal Control guidelines applicable in Chile. **Requirements:** * Education: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent accounting degree. * Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in Internal Control or similar roles. * Systems: Proficiency in SAP or Oracle (accounting modules) and knowledge of G\-Suite. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams. * Languages: Advanced English (mandatory) / Portuguese (preferred). **What We Offer:** * Opportunity for professional development. * Hybrid work model. * Multicultural environment. * Competitive salary and benefits aligned with market standards.
