We are looking for a Technical Specialist who delivers high-level technical support and helps keep operations running safely, efficiently, and without surprises. Responsibilities: Advise and support the Machinery Department and field operators. Train and provide technical support to team mechanics. Supervise equipment and vehicle repairs and maintenance in the field. Review, approve, and close work orders (HDR) in Zoho Projects. Advise on spare parts, suppliers, personnel, and critical inventory levels. Supervise compliance with safety regulations and equipment controls. Review technical reports and propose operational improvements. Manage anomalies in Zoho Projects, defining priority and resolution. Prepare biweekly predictive maintenance reports. Perform administrative tasks and any other duties assigned by management. Requirements: Mechanical Engineering or related degree. Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar roles. Key knowledge areas: RT and AT telescopic cranes, truck-mounted cranes, forklifts, personnel lifts, and heavy machinery in general. Skills: planning, analysis, teamwork, organization, quality orientation, initiative, and effective communication. This position is based in the Alto Hospicio commune, with a 5x2 schedule from Monday to Friday; therefore, residency in the city is required. Travel availability is required.
