Full-stack development with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React At **TINET**, we continue growing and are looking for a **Full-Stack Developer** who wants to join a collaborative, agile team focused on building high-quality products that generate impact. ##### **What We’re Looking For** * 3\+ years of experience developing production web applications in full-stack environments. * Solid experience with **Python**. * Solid experience with **JavaScript / TypeScript** and the **React** framework. * Demonstrable fluency and integration of **Artificial Intelligence** tools into your daily coding workflow. * Experience designing and consuming **REST and/or GraphQL APIs**. * Proficiency with version control using **Git**, and experience working within collaborative workflows (pull requests, code reviews). * Experience working under **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban). ##### **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. * 3\+ years of experience in full-stack roles or combined frontend/backend positions. * Demonstrable experience in real-world projects; portfolio or public repositories will be valued. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. **What Do We Offer You as a TINET Team Member?** * Indefinite-term contract. * Hybrid work model (on-site availability once per week or a couple of times per month in Las Condes). * Flexible personal days off. * Year-end and Independence Day bonuses. * English classes.
