At STRACON Chile, we seek committed, responsible, and safety-oriented professionals to join our team for a challenging project located in the Third Atacama Region. If you have experience as a Fuel Truck Driver in mining, this is your opportunity to develop your career alongside a leader in comprehensive mining industry services. Main Responsibilities: * Safely transport and supply fuel to equipment and operational areas at mining sites. * Operate hoses, pumps, and loading/unloading valves according to established procedures. * Verify fuel levels, monitor for potential leaks, and report spills or operational anomalies. * Follow designated routes and hazardous materials transportation protocols within the mining site. * Conduct pre-operational inspections and complete safety tools such as checklists, pre-use assessments, and IPERC. * Monitor equipment condition before, during, and after operations. * Apply defensive driving techniques and safe operating practices at all times. * Maintain order and cleanliness of equipment and work area. * Report substandard conditions, unsafe acts, and operational risks. * Participate in training sessions, safety talks, and scheduled audits. * Comply with company policies, safety standards, and internal regulations. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Certification or training course for handling hazardous substances. * Valid driver's license: former Class A2, or current Class A4 or A5. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions and mining operations. * Proven experience in fuel transportation and supply in mining and/or construction. * Knowledge of mining safety and traffic regulations. * Familiarity with fuel loading and unloading systems operation. * Knowledge of emergency procedures for spills and incidents. * Basic mechanical knowledge is desirable. * Driver’s resume without serious or very serious infractions in the last 2 years. * Availability to work rotating shifts at a mining site.
