Position objective: Administer, control, and manage drivers, dispatchers, vehicles, services, and infrastructure of the assigned branch and/or operation, ensuring service compliance and continuity. Key responsibilities: ° Support and guarantee fulfillment of assigned services. ° Monitor operations and identify deviations. ° Resolve on-site operational contingencies. ° Generate service compliance reports and management reports. ° Coordinate with various departments to ensure service quality. ° Other duties related to the position. Requirements: ° Completed secondary education. ° Prior supervisory experience, preferably in the transportation sector.
