Job Summary: A leading outsourcing company is seeking a Field Merchandiser Supervisor to lead and coordinate restocking teams in supermarkets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages personnel and ensures quality standards **A leading outsourcing company requires hiring a FIELD MERCHANDISER SUPERVISOR**, to work with a major mass-consumption brand, supervising restockers across various supermarket chains covering municipalities within the VII Region. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan and distribute routes. * Monitor assigned resources and field operations. * Ensure compliance with quality standards. * Administer and monitor attendance at various points of sale (PDVs). * Conduct monthly payroll closures for staff under supervision. * Support staff with their needs, collaborating closely with the Human Resources (HR) department. REQUIREMENTS: * Must reside in the municipality of Concepción. * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role. * Proficiency in Excel. * Personnel management experience and HR knowledge. * Class B driver's license. * Personal transportation available. WORK SCHEDULE: * Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM * Wednesday and Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (30-minute lunch break) COMPENSATION OFFERED: Salary: Base Salary: $700\.000 \+ Meal Allowance: 40\.000 \+ Transportation Allowance: 130\.000 We seek highly motivated, proactive individuals with excellent interpersonal skills
