Job Summary: We are seeking an HSEQ EXPERT (F/M) to manage HSEQ policies, ensure protocol compliance, and guarantee good occupational safety and health practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage compliance with Minsal protocols. Ensure compliance with Law 16\.744 and Supreme Decree 594\. Manage the training program on safety matters for workers. Develop and conduct HSEQ audits to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Submit monthly management reports for their area. Participate in investigations of incidents/near\-incidents and hazard observations related to their company.
