For our client — a company specializing in vertical transportation and people-movement products and services — we are looking to integrate evening students or recent graduates in mechanical, electrical, electronic, mechatronic, robotic, or automation technical programs into their technical team in Santiago, as part of a 6-month trainee program. The primary responsibility of this position is to support technicians in executing preventive and corrective maintenance on vertical transportation equipment (e.g., freight elevators, passenger elevators, escalators, etc.). **What does the trainee program entail?** • Participate in training at the company’s central office in Santiago (one month) • Support and accompany site visits to customer facilities to respond to field evaluation requests for equipment • Assist in preparing service reports or technical visit reports • Perform preventive maintenance processes on marketed equipment, according to mentor instructions • Support commissioning of marketed equipment at customer facilities **What are we looking for?** * Students or recent graduates from technical programs in mechanics, electricity, electronics, mechatronics, robotics, automation, or related fields * Availability to work 32 hours per week, with potential to progress as a Junior Technician **What do we offer?** • Continuous training, tutor support, and opportunities to continue as a Junior Technician with rotating shifts based on performance after completion of the 6-month trainee period • Being part of a global company in the vertical transportation market • Attractive benefits package **Location:** Concepción Join this team and take on this challenge!
