The role focuses primarily on rapid fault detection and execution of repairs (corrective maintenance) to restore equipment and system operability as soon as possible. Responsibilities: Corrective Maintenance: Immediate response to breakdown calls, repairing or replacing damaged components in machinery and equipment. Fault Diagnosis: Identification of root causes of electrical problems (short circuits, overloads, insulation failures) onsite. Panel Assembly and Installation: Physical assembly of panels, connection of protective devices (circuit breakers, residual-current devices), and cable management. Conduit and Wiring: Installation of conduits and cable trays, cable laying, and conductor organization within facilities. Component Replacement: Replacement of industrial sockets, lighting fixtures, contactors, relays, and other worn-out or burnt electrical components. Tool Usage: Expert handling of hand and power tools (drills, grinders) and basic measuring instruments to verify voltage and continuity. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical tasks (ideally in workshops, maintenance departments or industrial settings). Knowledge of: Domestic and industrial electricity (intermediate/moderate level). Ability to identify faults without relying on complex schematics.
