Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Maintenance Analyst with a background in construction to optimize administrative and financial processes, manage requisitions, payments, and reports, and participate in field activities nationwide. Management of requisitions, payments, and financial reports. A gastronomic group is looking for a Junior Maintenance Analyst with technical or engineering studies in construction. The main objective of this role is to optimize administrative and financial processes by adopting an approach focused on improving operational efficiency through requisition generation, payment supervision, and preparation of financial reports, while maintaining continuous field participation nationwide. This ensures compliance with current regulations and significantly contributes to the overall effectiveness of the company’s financial management. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Technical training in construction, construction engineering, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions (food industry preferred) * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; intermediate-level Microsoft Office Suite proficiency * Intermediate-level SAP system knowledge * Driver's license (Class B), with at least two years of driving experience * Power BI knowledge (non-mandatory) * Willingness to travel to other regions **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and track supplier requisition requests and payments, ensuring adherence to deadlines and internal procedures. * Maintain an updated supplier database and support the search for new alternatives. * Support logistics management, including dispatch guide issuance and control of equipment and spare parts. * Participate in technical field visits, collaborating in inspections, service validation, and training sessions. * Monitor inventories, assets, and stock levels, generating reports as required by the department. * Verify information related to bonus payments, ensuring data consistency. * Manage maintenance tickets, supporting their tracking, closure, and generation of indicators for continuous improvement.
