Position Summary: Xinerlink is seeking a JUNIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER to plan, coordinate, and manage technology projects, identify risks, and ensure their tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Schedule management, commitments, dependencies, and priorities. Xinerlink, a leading staffing company, is currently searching for a JUNIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER to work in the commune of Santiago. Main Responsibilities \- Plan and monitor projects, activities, milestones, and deliverables. \- Coordinate technical teams, internal departments, and vendors. \- Manage schedules, commitments, dependencies, and priorities. \- Identify risks, deviations, and blockers, escalating them promptly. \- Other duties inherent to the position. Working Hours \- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- Monthly net salary: $1\.613\.274 Requirements \- Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Computing, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. \- Experience: 1–3 years in IT areas, preferably participating in technology projects, platform implementation, operations, or service coordination. Desirable Knowledge: \- Project management and agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban. \- ITIL concepts and IT service management. \- General knowledge of infrastructure, applications, networks, databases, Cloud, and cybersecurity. \- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and tracking tools such as Project, Planner, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
