We are looking for a Dining Room Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team in Valdivia, Los Ríos. Key Responsibilities **Dining Area Support:** Assist in keeping tables, chairs, and dining areas clean, tidy, and ready for customers. **Customer Service:** Greet customers, assist with basic requests, and contribute to creating an enjoyable experience. **Table Setup:** Help set tables, organize dining supplies, and prepare the restaurant before service. **Restaurant Support:** Assist staff during peak hours, including clearing tables, organizing supplies, and maintaining service areas. **Cleaning:** Always comply with the restaurant’s cleaning and hygiene standards. **Team Support:** Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations. What We’re Looking For **Experience:** 0–1 year of experience in restaurants, hospitality, food service, or customer service. Prior experience is valued but not required. **Education:** Completion of secondary education is preferred, though equivalent practical experience may be considered. **Customer Service:** Friendly and respectful attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers. **Teamwork:** Willingness to work as part of a restaurant team and assist colleagues as needed. **Availability:** Availability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as required. **Attitude:** Responsible individual, eager to learn, attentive to cleanliness, and motivated to build a career in the food service industry.
