Professional communication with clients A prominent accounting and auditing firm located in Ñuñoa is seeking an Audit Assistant Junior. **Objectives:** Support the execution of financial, tax, and internal control audit processes for the firm’s clients through review of accounting information, account analysis, and preparation of working papers, thereby contributing to compliance with applicable professional and regulatory standards. **Responsibilities:** * Support preparation and analysis of financial statements. * Prepare cash flow statements. * Support preparation of consolidated schedules. * Support review of accounting account analyses. * Use intermediate/advanced Excel for financial information analysis. * Support documentation and review of internal control processes. * Support financial reviews at client locations. * Participate in inventory processes when required. * Support identification of observations or improvements in administrative and financial processes. * Maintain direct and professional communication with clients. * Request and coordinate necessary information for audit processes. * Handle complex client situations with professional judgment and maturity. * Escalate inquiries or critical situations to supervisors as appropriate. * Work at client offices when project requirements demand. * Availability to travel outside Santiago according to service needs. * Participate during periods of high operational demand. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting and Auditing * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills * 1–2 years of experience * Ability to perform accounting analysis. * Basic professional judgment in reviewing financial information. * Orderliness and rigor in handling documentation. * Availability to conduct procedures at government institutions or client offices. **Benefits:** * Annual performance evaluations. * Los Andes Compensation Fund. * ACHS. * Gym membership agreement with Smart Fit (company covers 50%). * Flexible dress code (formal attire only when visiting clients).
