Job Summary **DataCebo AI \& Technology Services Chile SpA** is seeking an ***AI Operations Assistant*** with analytical ability, attention to detail, and confidence in digital environments to join our technology operations team in Santiago. As an AI Operations Assistant, you will support the daily operation of artificial intelligence and technology-enabled workflows. You will assist in preparing and reviewing data, monitor AI-generated outputs, perform routine quality controls, maintain operational records, document incidents, support workflow testing, and report unusual or incorrect system behavior. You will work closely with AI operations, data, software, technology, quality control, customer service, and commercial operations teams to ensure AI-assisted processes are accurate, organized, traceable, and compliant with established procedures. This position is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in artificial intelligence, data operations, technology, AI tools, automation, quality control, software operations, or digital services. Responsibilities: Provide support for daily AI and technology operations. Assist in routine AI-enabled workflows. Prepare information and data for approved AI processes. Review data to verify integrity and detect obvious inconsistencies. Perform basic data validations and quality controls. Review AI-generated outputs according to established guidelines. Identify outputs that are clearly inaccurate, incomplete, irrelevant, duplicated, or incorrectly formatted. Flag unusual AI responses for subsequent review. Compare AI-generated information against approved source data when necessary. Categorize and tag data per documented instructions. Assist in structured data entry activities. Maintain accurate records of AI operations. Document identified errors and workflow issues. Create and update operational tickets. Escalate recurring or complex AI output issues. Assist in basic message and workflow testing under supervision. Test approved variations of AI workflows. Accurately record test results. Support human review and quality control processes. Assist in organizing datasets. Maintain structured digital files and folders. Support data cleaning activities per documented rules. Assist in identifying duplicate records. Maintain records in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Prepare basic operational reports. Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting. Monitor approved operational dashboards. Assist in tracking workflow volume and completion. Support basic productivity and quality metrics. Collaborate on documenting recurring AI issues. Maintain standard operating procedures and knowledge base. Support testing of new AI processes prior to operational implementation. Collaborate on user acceptance testing when required. Coordinate resolution of routine issues with software, data, or technical teams. Collaborate on categorizing customer or internal user feedback as appropriate. Promote responsible use of AI tools. Comply with data protection, privacy, cybersecurity, and confidentiality procedures. Support continuous improvement of AI and digital workflows. Requirements: Completed secondary education or equivalent qualification. Technical or professional studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Software, Business Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields are highly desirable. Approximately 0\-1 year of relevant experience. Prior AI experience is not required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
