Support during periods of high demand and operational contingencies. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage invoicing for dispatches, pickups, and daily routes, ensuring correct tax documents and regulatory compliance. Issue invoices, delivery guides, and/or other tax documents associated with customer deliveries and pickups. Process and issue invoices for warehouse pickups (customer pickup) timely and accurately. Process and invoice daily dispatch routes according to logistics planning. Review, receive, and validate delivery guide supporting documents (signatures, acceptance, correct data). Ensure proper association between orders, deliveries, and billing documents in the system. Maintain order and control over daily physical and/or digital documentation. Input daily information for basic billing reports. Collaborate in the continuous improvement of departmental operational processes. Provide support during periods of high demand or operational contingencies. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational continuity. Document execution and control.
