Key responsibilities: direct and control the company's accounting process; supervise bank reconciliations, fixed asset controls, and account analysis; prepare and analyze financial statements and their explanatory notes; consolidate and analyze accounting information from related companies; propose improvements to accounting systems and ensure compliance with current legal and tax regulations; maintain strict confidentiality regarding the organization's financial information. Requirements: Professional degree in Accounting and Auditing; minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, leading teams; up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations, sworn declarations, and income tax procedures; experience in financial accounting and IFRS standards; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Softland; leadership, analytical, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure; full-time schedule, Monday to Friday (5x2).
