Position Description
UPDCH Professional Development Centre is seeking a **Senior Workforce Development Manager** to lead talent development, training, and employability initiatives. The individual will be responsible for designing training programs aligned with labor market needs, coordinating partnerships, and measuring outcomes to strengthen the competencies of professionals and organizations.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and lead skills development and workforce training programs.
* Analyze market trends and talent needs.
* Coordinate programs with companies, educational institutions, and strategic partners.
* Manage facilitators, consultants, and training providers.
* Oversee program schedules, budgets, resources, and implementation.
* Measure participation, satisfaction, employability, and impact of initiatives.
* Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for management.
* Identify new collaboration opportunities and program development prospects.
* Support upskilling, reskilling, and workforce transformation initiatives.
* Lead teams and promote best practices in learning and development.
Requirements
* Professional degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, Commercial Engineering, or related field.
* Experience in workforce development, Learning & Development, training, or talent management.
* Experience leading programs, projects, or multidisciplinary teams.
* Knowledge of training program design and evaluation.
* Proficiency with digital tools, LMS platforms, Excel, and reporting systems.
* Strong planning, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Ability to analyze data and measure program outcomes.
* Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile.
* Intermediate or advanced English is desirable.

Salary: $1\.654\.633 \- $2\.876\.546 per month
