Job Description UMS Mexico \& Chile Solutions is seeking a **Senior Technology Project Manager** to lead technology and digital transformation projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, resources, vendors, and deliverables, ensuring achievement of objectives, timelines, budget, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead technology projects from planning through implementation. * Define scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables. * Coordinate technology, operations, product, and business teams. * Manage vendors, partners, and stakeholders. * Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, costs, and key milestones. * Facilitate status meetings and maintain clear communication with teams. * Identify issues and coordinate corrective actions. * Prepare reports and presentations for management. * Support cloud, automation, systems, and digital transformation projects. * Promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or related field. * Solid experience in managing technology or digital projects. * Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or traditional methodologies. * Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors. * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar tools. * Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and tracking. * Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus. Salary: $2,626,644 - $4,227,009 per month Work Location: On-site employment
