Own your direction, own your development, and own your path. **\#OwnIt** **What You’ll Do:** You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the timely procurement of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and supplies for our Osorno and Pargua plants, ensuring continuous material availability for production through efficient inventory management, inbound logistics, and supplier relationship management. **Who We’re Looking For:** We seek an analytical, organized, and results-oriented individual capable of thriving in dynamic environments where planning, cross-functional coordination, and decision-making are critical to ensuring operational continuity. Someone with excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, internal customer orientation, and a proactive attitude to anticipate supply risks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop raw materials procurement plans based on MRP and production schedules. * Plan weekly and monthly receipts of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and supplies. * Anticipate and adjust plans in response to operational changes or supply constraints. * Coordinate receipts of packaging, pallets, supplies, and strategic materials for operations. * Monitor raw materials inventory levels and coverage to prevent production interruptions. * Manage supplier relationships and coordinate contingency actions when necessary. * Maintain and update planning parameters in ERP systems. * Develop and maintain management reports using Power BI. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen Supply Chain process reliability. **You’ll Also Need:** **Academic Qualifications:** * Industrial Engineering. * Logistics Engineering. * Supply Chain. * Administration. * Or related fields. **Additional Training:** * Materials Planning (MRP). * Inventory Management. * Logistics and Supply Chain. * Advanced ERP handling (M3 preferred). * Advanced Excel. * Power BI. **Languages:** * Intermediate English. **Experience:** * 4–5 years of experience in materials planning, procurement, or logistics. * Experience working cross-functionally with Production, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics. * Experience in the salmon feed industry is desirable. * Candidates from manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, food, or other related industries will also be considered. **Position Conditions:** * Based in Osorno, with frequent interaction with the Osorno and Pargua plants and external warehouses. * Hybrid work model. * Availability for occasional visits to plants and external storage centers. * Expected start date during October 2026\. **What You’ll Receive:** As part of Nutreco, you’ll become a member of the SHV family—a global group focused on long-term stability and development opportunities. **Additionally, you’ll receive:** * Opportunities for professional development and continuous improvement. * Christmas bonus. * National Holidays bonus. * Vacation allowance. * Life insurance. * Supplementary health insurance. **How and Why to Learn More:** We can offer you a purpose-driven and impactful career, where you’ll directly contribute to ensuring operational continuity and supply chain efficiency, supporting our purpose of **Feeding the Future**.
