Autonomy and continuous improvement About the Role At **DotDash Technologies**, we are looking to hire a **QA Analyst** to actively contribute to ensuring the quality of our platforms, applications, and digital products. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and executing functional tests, identifying defects, documenting results, and working closely with developers, Product Owners, and other members of the technology team to ensure stable and reliable deliveries. Key Responsibilities * Design and execute test cases and scenarios. * Perform functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing. * Review functional requirements and acceptance criteria. * Identify, log, and document defects. * Track incidents to resolution. * Execute tests on web applications and digital platforms. * Validate fixes implemented by development teams. * Prepare test plans and test matrices. * Maintain up-to-date QA documentation. * Participate in planning and refinement meetings. * Work with developers to reproduce and analyze errors. * Validate new features prior to release. * Conduct exploratory testing. * Execute cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing. * Participate in system integration testing. * Validate data and outputs generated by applications. * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required. * Monitor quality- and defect-related metrics. * Identify opportunities for test automation. * Participate in post-incident reviews. * Document testing evidence and results. * Contribute to improving quality standards and procedures. * Assess risks associated with new releases. * Actively participate in Agile or Scrum development cycles. What We’re Looking For **Experience:** 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or application quality control. **Education:** Technical or university studies in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Programming, Systems Analysis, or related fields. **Testing:** Experience conducting functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing. **Defect Management:** Experience logging and tracking incidents. **Methodologies:** Practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum. **Documentation:** Ability to prepare test cases, evidence, and test result reports. **Analysis:** Ability to investigate issues and identify potential root causes. **Communication:** Ability to work directly with developers and product teams. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. * Proficiency with Postman for API testing. * Basic or intermediate SQL knowledge. * Experience with REST API testing. * Familiarity with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or other automation tools. * Experience with Git. * Knowledge of CI/CD processes. * Experience performing mobile application testing. * Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Java, Python, or C\#. * ISTQB certification. * Experience in test automation. * Familiarity with tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray. Salary: $1\.500\.000 \- $3\.200\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
