At Grupo Iván Martíez, we are looking for a Human Resources Analyst to oversee the full payroll cycle, personnel administration, and regulatory compliance with supervisory agencies (DT, Previred, Isapres/Fonasa), ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every process. Payroll Processing: Calculation, review, and closing of monthly salary settlements, variable payments, bonuses, gratifications, and statutory contributions (Previred). Contract Management: Preparation and updating of employment contracts, annexes, and digital employee files. Attendance and Incident Control: Recording and tracking of medical leaves (LME, Medipass, I\-Med), permits, vacations, and attendance inconsistencies. Employment Termination Procedures: Calculation and preparation of severance settlements, filing with the Labor Directorate (DT), and management of signatures (in-person or digital). Regulatory Compliance and DT Compliance: Filing and submission of documentation via the Mi DT portal, management of notice letters, and support during inspections or hearings. Employee Support: Responding to inquiries regarding payroll settlements, payments, benefits, and medical leave procedures. Profile Requirements Education: Degree in Human Resources Engineering, Business Administration, Auditing and Accounting, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in similar roles, with focus on mass payroll calculation and Chilean labor legislation. Technical Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of Chilean labor legislation and Labor Directorate regulations. Advanced proficiency in key portals: Previred, Mi DT, Medipass / I\-Med, Compensation Funds. Proficiency in HR ERP systems: Talana and Rex\+ Intermediate–advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data cross-referencing).
