This is an excellent opportunity to join a solid company in the productive sector and contribute your expertise to critical Human Resources processes. Main Responsibilities: Participate in the full compensation process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. Manage employment contracts, addenda, termination documents, and other labor-related documentation. Monitor attendance and administer variable compensation. Address employee inquiries related to compensation and personnel administration. Manage platforms such as the Labor Directorate, PreviRed, Compensation Fund, and medical leave applications. Prepare departmental reports and indicators. Support various initiatives led by the People Management Department. Mandatory Requirements: Professional degree in Human Resources Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. Proven experience in compensation and the full employee lifecycle. Proficiency in ERP systems BUK and BUK Attendance. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. Up-to-date knowledge of Chilean labor legislation. Experience managing variable compensation and employee benefits. Offered: Fixed-term contract with potential conversion to indefinite term.
