The main objective is to ensure ships have the necessary human resources and services to operate safely, efficiently, and continuously, while maintaining communication between crews and the company.*** **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate staff rotation and assignment to various vessels, ensuring each vessel has adequate crewing. * Supervise logistical requirements related to crew operations, such as transportation, food, and accommodation. * Monitor the use of resources allocated to maritime personnel to optimize expenses and maintain budget control. * Collaborate with the human resources department in recruitment, training, and development processes for crews. * Keep updated records regarding certifications, documentation, and compliance with applicable regulations. * Coordinate crew embarkation and disembarkation, facilitating operational continuity both in port and at sea. * Establish strong relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders to ensure quality and availability of required services.
