Because together we can change our patients’ lives, we seek our new **Compensation Analyst**. **Your primary objective will be** to lead, execute, and control the end-to-end compensation process expertly, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and information reliability. This role delivers advanced analysis, proposes structural improvements, and develops controls that reduce operational and financial risks, providing strategic information for departmental and organizational decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analysis and execution of the entire compensation payment process. * Execution of calculations, preparation of termination letters, submission and accounting of severance payments, ensuring regulatory compliance and process efficiency. * Registration, verification, and consolidation of staff attendance, tardiness, absences, medical leaves, permits, and overtime hours, ensuring accurate system updates in the HR management system and consistency with supporting documentation. * Control of third-party payment requests, generation of detailed reports, tracking, and account reconciliation. * Analysis and control of union funds, generating periodic reports and ensuring correct handling of union deductions. * Ensuring proper administration of payments related to professional internships, aligning with internal and legal regulations. * Advanced management and administration of the document module and template generation in systems such as BUK, including proposals for improvement and automation of critical processes. * Acting as backup for key roles within the area, ensuring operational continuity and resolution of contingencies. * Implementation of optimizations to mitigate risks associated with compensation payments, social security contributions, and other critical processes. * Administration of insurance policies, payment processing, and accounting registration. **Requirements:** Education: Degree in Accounting, Human Resources Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 4 years of experience. Knowledge: Labor/Legal Regulations, Social Security Regulations, knowledge of labor institutions (DT, SII, etc.), technical expertise in compensation for large-scale, complex organizations, proficiency with various compensation ERP systems. **Work Modality:** Hybrid. **Main Benefits** Your health—and your family’s—is our top priority!
