### **Job Description**
We are looking for a **Compensation Analyst** to join our Human Resources team. The role is responsible for executing and controlling the entire compensation process, ensuring accurate salary calculation and payment, compliance with current labor legislation, and generating reports to support decision-making.
### **Main Responsibilities**
* Process monthly compensation in accordance with current legislation.
* Calculate salaries, statutory deductions, severance payments, overtime, leaves, and vacations.
* Manage employment contracts, addendums, and labor documentation.
* Handle social security contributions and related processes involving external agencies.
* Prepare compensation reports and analyses, as well as management indicators.
* Maintain up-to-date employee information in internal systems.
* Provide support and respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation.
### **Requirements**
* Professional or technical degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
* Knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
* Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency.
* Experience using compensation management systems.
* Analytical ability, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling information.

* Knowledge of compensation practices and salary structures.
* Experience in medium- or large-sized companies.
* Proficiency in Power BI or other data analysis tools.
