Coordinate and strengthen community relations activities in operational zones, ensuring fluid and transparent communication with communities, local authorities, and other relevant stakeholders to support sustainability and operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and implement relationship-building plans in the western and southern zones of Santiago and the Valparaíso Region. * Maintain ongoing relationships with neighborhood associations, social organizations, and local leaders. * Identify emerging social concerns and potential conflict areas early, proposing mitigation measures. * Participate in public\-private forums, documenting agreements and institutional progress. * Monitor management indicators and prepare strategic reports for decision-making. * Represent the organization in local events and frequent technical visits. **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work, Political Science, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in community relations or public affairs, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or agribusiness companies. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in participatory methodologies, community diagnosis, and stakeholder management. * **Mobility:** Must have personal transportation (mandatory requirement). * **Availability:** High willingness to conduct fieldwork. * **Tools:** Proficiency in digital platforms for recording and tracking management activities. **Desirable:** * Specialization or postgraduate degree in citizen participation or territorial development.
