The primary mission of the Integrated Executive is to execute commercial actions focused on selling retail banking products and services, advising customers on the use of digital and self-service channels, with the goal of delivering a memorable service experience and enabling agile resolution of customer needs—thereby achieving both business unit and personal commercial targets. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: * Execute commercial onboarding of customers via digital channels. * Digitally educate and train customers throughout their journey of purchasing commercial products and servicing. * Advise on available financial products according to customer needs. * Refer customers to specialized areas and defined self-service channels based on their needs (Investments, Private Site Chat, Insurance, Mortgage). * Manage assigned campaigns for selling various financial products (Consumer Loans, Current Account Plans, Risk & Collections, Mortgage Loans). To succeed in this position, you need: * A degree in a field related to finance. * At least one year of experience in a commercial area involving portfolio management and customer service. * Knowledge of internal policies and external regulations. * Familiarity with digital channels and digital sales advisory. \- Knowledge of financial products associated with the retail segment.\- Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
