The purpose of this position is to serve, advise, and comprehensively manage delinquent debtors across multiple segments (individuals, micro and small enterprises), providing tools that empower our customers to regain financial stability and successfully complete the normalization and collection process—through normalization activities enabling them to fulfill their financial commitments to the bank—while ensuring service quality. Responsibilities: * Advise customers, resolve inquiries, and provide necessary information to normalize their situation, in accordance with the customer service protocol and current collection policy. * Review and analyze debtor background information to propose the most suitable normalization products for their specific situation, in line with current credit and collection policies. * Evaluate and negotiate alternative payment arrangements according to current credit and collection policies, proposing and formalizing such alternatives before the relevant authorities. * Comply with normalization procedures and conduct queries using the company’s collection system tools, in accordance with established regulations and procedures. * Maintain access to Emerix or any other application provided by the Company for clients managed in person or via telephone. Additionally, update clients’ demographic data records in accordance with current procedures. * Consistently carry out daily, weekly, and monthly commercial routine tasks. * Perform back-office activities (credit courses and other applications). * Manage returns of businesses rejected through internal processes. * Monitor clients admitted to the business committee. * Monitor clients facing upcoming auctions. * Implement the established service model for individual, micro, and small enterprise client segments. * Foster a positive organizational climate within one’s team and with related departments. * Complete required courses and training aligned with one’s role and department. * Comply with the internal regulations governing order, hygiene, and safety.
