Responsibilities: \- Carry out effective collection activities for debt recovery, both via phone calls and email. \- Analyze customer portfolios and develop customized strategies for recovering overdue payments. \- Maintain consistent and efficient communication with customers to agree on payment methods and ensure customer satisfaction. \- Record and update customer information in the collections management system. \- Generate collection activity reports and provide periodic updates to management.
