In this role, you will be responsible for: * Executing and timely following up on extrajudicial collection processes. * Acting as a Legal Representative before the Judiciary, Public Prosecutor’s Office, and other entities to fulfill legal requests. * Drafting criminal complaints and legal documents in accordance with established weekly targets. * Keeping records of legal activities updated in the systems and tools used by the legal team. * Uploading documents to respective platforms so they are available to clients, as well as fulfilling requests from both your supervisor and the Legal Management. * Coordinating with the Public Prosecutor’s Office regarding the processing of witness protection measures, attendance at investigative proceedings, and case follow-up. * Contacting police units to inquire about the status of investigative orders and specific instructions. Important Considerations: * Work modality is partial remote work, with fieldwork activities as needed. * Working hours are part-time, scheduled from 9\.00 to 13\.00 hours.
