Requirements: \-Education: Technical degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Executive Secretariat, or related field. \-Experience: At least 1 year of experience in collections, revenue collection, or billing (preferably in healthcare or insurance). \-Knowledge: Proficiency in current accounts management, billing processes, and basic knowledge of social security systems (FONASA/Isapres). \-Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel). Competencies: Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, and high sense of responsibility. Main Functions: \-Manage collection of outstanding patient and agreement accounts. \-Track and monitor the assigned client portfolio. \-Reconcile payments and record income in the clinic's information system. \-Address and resolve patient inquiries regarding account statements and payment processes. \-Manage supporting documentation for recovery of overdue accounts. \-Collaborate with admissions and billing departments to ensure process traceability.
