Main responsibilities: Serve customers according to established protocols, delivering excellent service. Acquire new customers for account opening and promote financial products. Market insurance and assistance products, including corresponding after-sales management. Maintain an up-to-date customer database. Support inquiries related to collections and card services. Fulfill assigned shifts and assume treasury duties as required. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Customer service and sales experience (preferred). Basic knowledge of financial products. Availability to work rotating shifts. Working conditions: Work location: La Polar Punta Arenas. Working hours: 42 hours per week.
