Be part of a dynamic, customer-focused team. **Job Description** ---------------------- Guide and assist customers regarding the products and services offered by the store in the volume sales area. At Sodimac, we are looking for a new team member to join our House. We seek a motivated, committed, and energetic individual to join our SHC Temuco Cautín store team, advising our customers on their purchases and projects. What will be your main responsibilities? * Provide in-person and telephone customer service, as well as via email and personal mobile phones. * Capture customer requirements and arrange or coordinate product deliveries. * Provide information on products, features, stock availability, pricing, and services. * Prepare sales documents such as sales orders and quotations. * Coordinate orders and track specific sales transactions. * Maintain files and documentation related to product delivery commitments to customers. * Conduct sales under special conditions for customers not assigned to promoter sales portfolios. * Invoice the customer’s purchase order. * Negotiate and manage product shortages by generating purchase orders to suppliers.
