Job Summary: A project focused on the evolution and optimization of digital experiences, ensuring consistent, scalable, and user-centered interfaces using Figma and Design Systems, and conducting UX Research to align design decisions with business objectives. Apply to this job without intermediaries on Get on Board. ### **Key Responsibilities** Lead the design and evolution of digital experiences, ensuring consistent, scalable, and user-centered interfaces. This role requires high autonomy, expertise in Design Systems, user research capabilities, and the ability to align UX decisions with business goals, working collaboratively with Product and Development. Design and evolve interfaces using Figma and Design Systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to best practices. Identify improvement opportunities, design debt, and new patterns or components. Lead UX Research processes, including interviews, usability testing, observation, and guerrilla testing. Translate user findings into concrete product improvements and design decisions. Understand business needs and relate UX decisions to metrics such as conversion, retention, and efficiency. Present and defend proposals to stakeholders and business units. Coordinate closely with Design, Product, and Development teams, considering technical constraints and commercial priorities. Manage initiatives autonomously, with execution speed and adaptability in ambiguous contexts. ### **Technical Requirements** * Advanced proficiency in Figma. * Experience working with Design Systems, component libraries, tokens, and variants. * Experience in UX Research and user testing. * Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. * Use of Generative AI applied to UX, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and tools integrated into Figma. * Ability to link UX with business metrics and impact. **AI Knowledge** * Synthesis and analysis of interviews and data. * Generation of microcopy and UX Writing. * Ideation and definition of AI-assisted workflows. * Prompt Engineering applied to documentation, research, and UX analysis. **Competencies** * Autonomy and proactivity. * Communication and negotiation with stakeholders. * Critical and systemic thinking. * User- and business-oriented mindset. * Adaptability and tolerance for ambiguity. * Agility and execution capability. ### **Desirable knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** Desirable knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
